In 1970, we developed, started and managed what would soon become the second largest wholesale auto parts warehouse in all of Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Our fleet of delivery trucks soon became a franchised parts delivery system, complete with the first ever IBM on-board computerized parts account management system (PAMS). This technically advanced system, of our own design, served hundreds of domestic and import repair garage owners before UPS and FEDEX knew what a computer was. This industry leading innovation was instrumental in promoting private ownership of franchised parts delivery businesses for most of Southern California and as far away as Hawaii. Conducting the supervision of this successfully convoluted enterprise was indeed a delicate balance of managerial skills.

In short, we were the first to develop an instant point of contact sales system - we were one of the first major importers of spark plugs - one of the largest distributors of automotive parts in California - we operated an investment consulting group for businesses - owned one of the largest independant furniture manufacturers in California - operated one of the largest pallet manufaturers - owned and operated a high end classic car restoration business and have owned and developed real estate over the past forty years.
